What pads do I need for the DeWalt DW849 Polisher / Sander?
obtained DeWalt DW 849 TYPE 2 Polisher / Sander for my birthday. Currently, I have the wool of 7.5 inches. Grinding / compounding pad. I'm pretty positive that I need the polishing pad and the hook and watch bands. But there other buffers should I know? And does anyone has any ideas where I can get them for cheep money? Kay, open your phone book and look for the largest most well equipped shops * automobile paint. They have really super washable and reusable lambs wool caps polishing. I am impressed by your variable speed polisher. All polishing with various compounds should be done at low speed light pressure. If you care I could provide names of two exceptional liquid rubbing and polishing pastes that these stores should be painting. If not, they are available online.
